What you need to know first
NCEA Level 2 including mathematics and NCEA Level 1 including Literacy OR relevant qualification at NZQCF Level 4 or above or equivalent.
Special Admission for applicants aged 20+ without qualifications.
Flexi-learn option requires employment in quantity surveying and employer support.
