What You're Signing Up For
This two-year full-time (or four-year part-time) diploma programme equips students with the skills and knowledge to become Quantity Surveyors, specialising in budgeting, pricing, and financial administration for commercial and residential projects. The curriculum covers core construction principles, legal frameworks, measurement and estimation, procurement, project management, and practical industry work. It is recognised by industrial and professional bodies and offers pathways into further study such as the Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying).
