This apprenticeship programme is designed to provide the marine industry with skilled workers capable of maintaining and operating marina and boatyard facilities in compliance with relevant regulations. Through a blend of workplace-based, online, and self-directed study, participants will cover topics including workplace health and safety, team working, specialist tools and equipment, sustainability, and customer care. Graduates will be equipped for operational roles in marina environments.
