  • Cost estimation and feasibility analysis
  • Preparation of quantity surveying documents and measurement
  • Understanding statutory and regulatory environment in construction

  • Training in QV Cost Builder, Cost X, MS Project, and Excel software

What you need to know first

Minimum of 50 NCEA credits at Level 2, including 12 credits in Maths and a minimum of 12 Literacy credits at NCEA Level 1, or equivalent knowledge/skills

Access to a laptop, desktop computer or tablet and a reliable internet connection

For international students: overall Academic IELTS 6.0 (no band below 5.5), NZ University Entrance, or other acceptable English proficiency proof
