What You're Signing Up For
The New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Construction Management) prepares students for roles in construction management across both residential and commercial building projects. The two-year programme covers building technology, site and team management, financial administration, health and safety, communication, procurement, project planning and programming. Work experience is included in the second year for full-time students. The diploma is recognised by the New Zealand Institute of Building (NZIOB) and enables graduates to pursue further qualifications or professional registrations.

What you need to know first
NCEA Level 2 including mathematics and NCEA Level 1 including Literacy; OR relevant NZQF Level 4 qualification; OR recognised equivalent.
Alternative entry for applicants with skills acquired through study, work and/or life experience may be considered.
If English is not your first language, an overall IELTS score of 6.0 Academic (with at least 5.5 in each band) or NZQA equivalent is required.
