What You're Signing Up For

The Master of Information Technology is a postgraduate programme that builds on students' current IT knowledge. It offers a blend of coursework and research, allowing specialization in areas such as data mining, cloud computing, business intelligence, ICT infrastructure, information management, mobile application development, network design and management, cybersecurity, quality assurance, AI, and other emerging technologies. Students can complete the programme through three different pathways: a 90-credit thesis, a 45-credit applied research project, or a coursework-only option. The programme is delivered through blended learning, available full-time (18 months) or part-time (up to 5 years), and prepares graduates for advanced roles in the IT sector or further study.
