What you need to know first
Basic IT and information security/network security knowledge equivalent to level 5 or above or related work experience.
Preferably with a Bachelor degree or diploma in IT.
Able to perform basic IT tasks such as installing software, using operating systems (Windows or Linux), creating a basic network, and supporting day-to-day network operations.
