Course Content
- Basics of using a computer (turning on, signing/logging in, using mouse/keyboard)
- Starting and moving between programs and apps on a Windows desktop
- File management
- Using Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, email, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Printing documents
- Understanding the Internet, browsers, hyperlinks, search engines, and URLs
- Basic search techniques and social media
- Email setup, sending/receiving messages, attachments, and message options
