This programme develops intermediate-level knowledge of common digital tools and technologies. Students learn to use Microsoft Office applications, online presentations, internet and email, digital communications, web fundamentals, and gain skills in troubleshooting hardware and software. Graduates will be able to produce and manage information effectively and solve everyday digital issues.
