What You're Signing Up For
This qualification prepares you to perform a wide range of administrative duties under broad guidance in accordance with the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi, and within multicultural environments. The curriculum covers the application of business applications, technological devices, processing data, maintaining administrative systems, team collaboration, customer service, and ethical and professional conduct. You'll study online at your own pace with the option to access local campus facilities and workshops.

What you need to know first
40 credits at NCEA Level 1, including 10 Literacy credits and 10 Numeracy credits; or a recognised equivalent; or a relevant qualification at NZQF Level 2 or above.
Special Admission: 20 years old or older and does not meet general admission requirements (assessed on preparedness).
Discretionary Admission: Under 20 and does not meet general requirements (assessed on preparedness).
English Language: IELTS 5.5 (no band lower than 5) or equivalent required if English or te reo Māori is not a first language.
