What You're Signing Up For

The Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Wintec is aimed at graduates from other fields who want to transition into HR management. It covers key areas such as industrial relations, organisational behaviour, strategic HR, and business in the New Zealand context. The programme includes compulsory modules, a professional work placement, and a research project module to integrate classroom learning with practical experience. It accepts international students and is offered at the Hamilton City Campus. The study modes include full-time or part-time over one year at level 7. Students may qualify for fee-free study under the Fees Free Policy. Entry requires a bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications/experience, with specific English language requirements for non-native speakers.

What you need to know first

Bachelor degree from New Zealand or approved overseas institution or Level 6 or 7 Diploma with relevant work/life experience or equivalent practical, professional or educational experience approved by Centre Director

English language proficiency: IELTS 6.0 with no band lower than 5.5 or equivalent
