Apply financial management knowledge and skills to small or medium businesses for decision-making (elective).
The UCOL Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management provides knowledge and skills necessary for business sustainability, supply chain management, resource and capacity planning, quality management, and project management. The programme includes an industry placement or internship to provide real-world experience and enable immediate contribution to the business environment. The programme is delivered in a blended format combining online and face-to-face learning to support learners while working. It is a 120 credit Level 7 qualification recognized by NZQA. Entry requires a Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma and experience. This programme builds skills in resource allocation, process and logistics management for profitable production companies, and prepares learners for careers in project management, operations, production planning, quality management and technical management.
