This online short course covers the fundamentals and practical techniques in professional project management. Developed and presented by consultant Sean Whitaker, participants learn how to initiate, plan, and deliver projects on time and within budget, with a focus on selecting the right projects, developing project teams, managing scope, cost, risk, stakeholder engagement (including iwi), procurement, and project maturity. With real-world case studies and assessments, learners gain skills relevant to business, construction, health, IT, and many other sectors.
