The Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management is designed for professionals aiming for senior project leadership roles. It offers flexible online learning that develops expertise in project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, systems thinking, decision-making, procurement and contract management. Completion enables career progression in project, programme and portfolio management, or pathway towards a Master of Project Management. The programme includes 120 points of taught courses (Level 8 and 9) encompassing foundational and advanced project management theory and practice, including culturally appropriate engagement and ethical responsibility. The curriculum is delivered part-time over two years and includes assessment via coursework only.
