The Leadership and Management strand specifically enhances knowledge and practical skills in leading teams, managing projects, and implementing change and innovation within business environments. It is designed for those aiming to work as managers or leaders at the operational level. The programme also serves as a pathway to a second-year entry in related Business bachelor degrees at Toi Ohomai and the University of Waikato.

What you need to know first
Be at least 16 years of age on the date the course starts
Have NCEA Level 2 including 8 literacy credits at Level 2 or above or equivalent, OR successful completion of an approved qualification at Level 3 or above with a relevant pathway
Special admission may be given if staff are satisfied of capability, or if over 20 years old
