The Master of Applied Professional Studies (Mentoring and Leadership) supports experienced professionals to extend their leadership and mentoring expertise. Students deepen their reflective practice, engage in critical evaluation and analysis of work-based issues, and undertake applied research projects. The programme encourages direct application of new knowledge to workplace practice, and the development of effective mentoring and leadership frameworks. Graduates are equipped to take on advanced leadership, supervision, or mentoring roles in diverse professional contexts, including education, health, and social services.

What you need to know first
Bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree with honours in a cognate subject with a B average or above
OR a postgraduate certificate or postgraduate diploma in a cognate subject with a B average or above
In exceptional circumstances, admission may be considered based on academic merit and relevant experience (with possible prescribed qualifying papers)
Access to a relevant workplace or at least two years' relevant experience
