This diploma develops technical knowledge and skills relevant to administration and technology roles within organisations. Graduates gain core business knowledge to contribute to strategic objectives, applying principles of operations, management accounting, marketing, human resources, and risk management. Specific additional skills in administration systems, emerging technologies, and change management support business goals. The course includes compulsory core papers in management accounting, marketing operations, operations management, strategic management, human resource management or organisational behaviour, and administration and technology strand papers on change management, strategic planning, and administration systems II. It is offered through SIT2LRN distance learning with a duration of one year full-time or up to four years part-time. The course builds on Level 5 business diplomas and may lead to further applied management degrees.
