What You're Signing Up For
Kickstart your career in Human Resource (HR) Management with the New Zealand Diploma in Business (Level 5) - Human Resource Management Strand. This one-year full-time (or part-time) diploma will provide you with the foundational knowledge and skills for HR support roles in NZ and global organisations. Delivered in an innovative HyFlex mode, students can choose between on-campus and online learning to best suit their needs. The programme covers HR principles, business environments, organisational context in New Zealand, change and innovation, and health, safety, and wellbeing practices to prepare graduates for HR administrator, coordinator, and assistant positions.

What you need to know first
Applicants must be at least 16 years old by the programme start date.
NCEA Level 2 including 8 Literacy credits at Level 2 or above, and 14 Numeracy credits at Level 1 or above; or
Equivalent qualification at Level 3 or above in a relevant pathway; or
Successful completion of an approved qualification at Level 3 or above; or
Discretionary admission for those able to demonstrate preparedness for study at this level.
