  • Fundamentals of Project Management (MGT622): terminology, project lifecycle, project administration, use of project management software, scoping, budget management, progress tracking.
  • Organisational Project Management (MGT717): the role of projects in organisations, strategic alignment, planning and delivery, project case studies.
  • Project Management in Practice (MGT718): project selection, leadership, ethics, team management, Agile methodology, soft skills for project managers.
  • Advanced Project Management Methodologies and Frameworks (MGT719): frameworks and methodologies, choosing and applying methods, tracking and reporting progress, risk management, dispute resolution, lessons learned.

What you need to know first

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR

Mature student (at least 20 years old) with evidence of at least three years’ relevant work experience

Applicants whose first language is not English must meet specific minimum English language requirements (IELTS 6.0 with no band below 5.5 or equivalent test).
