  • Year 2 compulsory (Project Management major): Fundamentals of Project Management; Fundamentals of Project Planning; Fundamentals of Monitoring, Controlling and Evaluating the Project; Fundamentals of Project Closure; Leadership and the Project Manager
  • Year 2 electives: Management Accounting and Finance; Marketing Operations; Operations Management; Introduction to Strategic Management; Risk Management and Quality; Managing Human Resources; Employment Relations; Organisational Behaviour; Change Management; Strategic Planning; Health and Safety in Employment; Administration Systems II; etc.
  • Year 3 compulsory (Project Management major): Business Ethics; Research Methodology; Project Management in Practice; Advanced Project Management Methodologies and Frameworks; plus a Management Research Project or Internship
  • Year 3 electives: Strategic Management; Relationships, Influence and Leadership; Advanced Human Resource Management; Occupational Health Strategic Management; Occupational Safety Strategic Management; Project Management in Practice; Advanced Project Management Methodologies and Frameworks; and more
