What You're Signing Up For

This programme develops skills and knowledge to be an effective manager within New Zealand businesses. You will learn to analyse internal and external business environments, apply principles across operations, accounting, marketing, human resources, and risk management, and contribute to innovation and organisational change. The course also covers leadership, business planning, project management, workplace culture, compliance, and incorporates bi-cultural understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in operational business activities. Completion provides a pathway to the second year of the Bachelor of Applied Management.

What you need to know first

Be at least 16 years old on programme start date

Basic English reading, writing and communication skills
