8 credits in NCEA English Level 2 (reading and writing from literacy requirements)
14 credits in NCEA mathematics Level 1
OR 72 NCEA credits at Level 2 across at least four subjects (with merit/excellence requirements and literacy/numeracy)
OR evidence of practical, professional, or educational experience (with literacy and numeracy proficiency)
Applicants whose first language is not English: IELTS (Academic) band score of 6.0 overall (no less than 5.5 in any band) or equivalent
