What You're Signing Up For

Learning to Lead is a practical six-month course aimed at strengthening participants' leadership abilities, supporting team growth, and boosting workplace productivity. Through a combination of classroom workshops and self-directed, work-based learning, participants gain hands-on skills in leadership, communication, time management, and continuous improvement. The programme culminates in a real-world business improvement project that measures tangible impacts.
