This course provides insights into the different stages of global agribusiness and food value chains, with emphasis on the multi- and inter-disciplinary bio-physical environment, biological production systems, and how these impact agribusiness and food supply. Students will understand characteristics of agricultural industries, marketing challenges, sustainability approaches, and learn to apply tools and methods to real-world production management issues.
