What You're Signing Up For

The Emerging Leadership course provides emerging and new managers in the primary sector with practical skills to lead teams, communicate effectively, develop emotional intelligence, and build a positive, culturally competent team culture. It combines online and in-person instruction, including principles of whanaungatanga and te ao Māori, for 2ICs, herd managers, and new managers.

Must be a New Zealand citizen or hold a NZ resident visa

Support from on-farm workplace senior required to complete course tasks

Ability to bring a laptop or device for course days
