What you need to know first
NCEA Level 1 or equivalent
Completion of New Zealand Certificate in Make Up and Skincare (Level 3)
Evidence of ability to complete academic requirements
Evidence of English language competency (IELTS 5.5 with no band lower than 5, or NZ Certificate in English Language (Level 4), or an accepted English proficiency outcome)
