Design and complete a research project relevant to creative arts therapy, supported by academic supervision.

Complete 750 hours of supervised clinical practice to meet requirements for professional registration with ANZACATA.
The Master of Creative Arts Therapy (Clinical) at Whitecliffe is a two-year postgraduate programme preparing students to become professional creative arts therapists. The programme combines theoretical and experiential learning, clinical skills development, research, and extensive supervised placements (750 hours) in diverse settings such as mental health services, schools, and community agencies. Graduates are eligible for professional membership with ANZACATA and can seek registration for private or funded clinical practice. The programme is delivered via distance learning complemented by intensive in-person seminars.
