What you need to know first

NCEA Level 3 Biology (or equivalent) and other Level 3 subjects within the last five years (for Secondary School category)

One year of relevant university study in New Zealand within the last five years (for University Study category)

Bachelor's or higher degree from a New Zealand university, or equivalent (Graduate/Alternative categories)
