What You're Signing Up For
The NZ Diploma in Remedial Massage (Level 6) equips students with both practical and theoretical knowledge in advanced massage therapy. Graduates will be able to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate remedial massage therapy interventions to address musculoskeletal dysfunction. Courses cover clinical reasoning, physical performance, pathology, techniques, and clinical practice, with a focus on evidence-based practice and collaboration alongside other health professionals. The programme enables progression to further study or employment as a remedial massage therapist in a range of settings.

What you need to know first
Successful completion of the NZ Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage [Level 5] or equivalent.
Sign a Police Vetting Service Request and Consent form.
Sign a health declaration.
For applicants not meeting academic entry, compulsory information session and alternative academic entry assessment may apply.
Demonstrate acceptable English language fluency (for international students: NZCEL Level 4 Academic, IELTS 6.0 with no band lower than 5.5, or accepted equivalent).
