The Apprenticeship in Advanced Care and Support (Level 4) is a Careerforce-delivered programme that develops staff to provide advanced, person-centred or relationship-centred care for individuals with complex needs. This work-based qualification is suitable for experienced support workers, healthcare assistants, or team leaders wishing to enhance their leadership and clinical support capabilities, under the direction of a registered health professional. It features seven focus areas and is supported by online learning and Careerforce apprenticeship advisors.

What you need to know first
