This course introduces students to key concepts and practices in social science research. Emphasis is on qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design, interviewing techniques, data analysis, research ethics, and the role of social science research in contemporary society. Students learn to conceptualise, design, and conduct research projects and to present their findings.
