What You're Signing Up For

The UCOL STAR Music course offers secondary school learners (years 11-13) a chance to explore a career in music, focusing on songwriting, recording, and performance in a professional studio environment. Delivered over one day per week for five weeks, the course helps students build skills as performing artists and prepares them for further study in contemporary music performance.

What you need to know first

Be a year 11-13 secondary school learner

Experience with vocals and/or an instrument

Must be a NZ Citizen, permanent resident or have applicable visa to enroll in secondary school

Applications must be received through participating schools
