What You're Signing Up For

In partnership with Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, Southern Institute of Technology offers Māori language and arts courses ranging from beginner to advanced levels. Students develop correct pronunciation, conversational ability in te reo Māori, and a deepened understanding of Māori culture. The courses emphasize communication skills, cultural safety and enable participation in diverse cultural environments. The programme includes certificates, diplomas and advanced study pathways under SIT's Zero Fees scheme.
