What You're Signing Up For
This short course provides students with foundational understanding and practical knowledge in food safety as required within the hospitality industry. Covering two key NZQA units, learners will learn to understand hygiene legislation, food safety methods, control food contamination hazards, and safely manage food storage and temperature. Completion of both units results in the awarding of the Food Safety Certificate of Achievement.
