What you need to know first

New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 4) OR recognized equivalent OR two years of relevant culinary work experience or equivalent.

Must be employed in a professional kitchen (workplace approval required).

IELTS score of 5.5 with no band lower than 5.0 (or equivalent) for non-native English speakers.
