What You're Signing Up For
This four-day STAR experience introduces secondary school students (Year 11 and above) to the theory and practice of making espresso coffee beverages using commercial coffee machines. The course combines supervised hands-on application in a barista laboratory and covers essential workplace readiness for trainee baristas. On completion, students can gain unit standard 17285 credits.
