- Barista service: espresso preparation, milk texturing, equipment maintenance
- Restaurant service: food and beverage service procedures, order processing, health and safety
- Sustainability practices in a restaurant
- Product knowledge of hot and cold beverages and food
- Set up, break down, and maintenance of equipment and dining areas
What you need to know first
NCEA Level 1 or equivalent including 10 Literacy credits and 10 Numeracy credits
English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.0 with no band less than 5 (or equivalent)
