What you need to know first

Minimum age 18, with minimum four years secondary education and at least 48 NCEA credits at Level 2 or 36 credits at Level 3, or equivalent academic indicator.

Mature applicants (20+) accepted based on ability to succeed, by discretion of Head of Faculty.

Successful completion of New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management (Level 5) is also valid entry.

Applicants whose first language is not English must show English language competency, e.g. IELTS Academic score of 6.0 with no band lower than 5.5 or equivalent.
