Embark on your path to becoming a Barista with this concise, 3-day course offered on-campus in Queenstown. Gain an appreciation for coffee, learn about its history and evolution, and master key barista techniques using commercial espresso equipment. This course provides hands-on experience in preparing and presenting pressed and filtered coffee beverages for service, equipping you for entry into the barista profession or upskilling as an industry professional. Successful completion leads to NZQA Unit Standard 17285 and 4 Level 2 credits.
