What You're Signing Up For
This hands-on programme prepares students for an entry-level role in the hospitality industry, focusing on the bar and café sector. Learners gain essential food and beverage service skills through applied learning in on-site cafes and restaurants, as well as an industry work experience placement. The programme is designed to provide real-world experience and work-ready skills, covering professional front-of-house service, customer communication, food preparation, and beverage operations.
