Formal recognition of existing industry skills

What You're Signing Up For
This programme recognises the skills and experience of professionals working in the food sector through an Assessment of Prior Learning (APL) process which aligns their knowledge with the academic requirements of the Bachelor of Culinary Arts degree. It is designed for those employed and experienced in various roles in the food industry and delivered via distance learning over one year. The APL process includes compiling a portfolio of evidence, facilitation with experienced staff, and ongoing feedback. Successful participants obtain academic credit towards the Bachelor of Culinary Arts without leaving employment. The programme includes support for English language proficiency and requires submission of a CV, letter of motivation, and evidence portfolio.

What you need to know first
