What You're Signing Up For
This two-year Level 5 Diploma integrates New Zealand Certificates in Cookery Levels 3 and 4 with the Level 5 Diploma, providing comprehensive training in culinary fundamentals, advanced cookery, kitchen management, human resources, garde manger, and a la carte cuisine. The program includes hands-on kitchen practice, themed weekly modules, and professional work placements, preparing students for a range of roles in cafes, restaurants, resorts, and more.
