What You're Signing Up For

The Cooking Collective is a short, hands-on cooking course held at NorthTec’s Apprentice Restaurant. Open to all, it allows participants to learn a range of culinary techniques and make new dishes under the guidance of professional chefs. The course is delivered in a relaxed, social environment and is suitable for beginners or those looking to expand their cooking repertoire. All ingredients are provided, and students get to enjoy what they prepare each session.

What you need to know first

Must be at least 16 years old at the time the programme commences.
