What You're Signing Up For

This programme equips students with the foundational skills required for successful employment in cafés, restaurants, and related hospitality environments. Covering both kitchen/back-of-house and front-of-house operations, the course includes hands-on learning in food preparation and service, barista techniques, kitchen hygiene, health and safety, and customer interaction. Students will also take part in culinary events, gain real-life work experience, and have the option to complete workplace-based training through a traineeship for those already employed in the industry.
