Gain NZQA Level 4 Hospitality Leadership Qualification
Earn the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 4) with a strand in Restaurant Services.

Achieve LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification)

What You're Signing Up For
This course equips students to progress into supervisory or management roles in hospitality. Students gain both hospitality management knowledge and hands-on restaurant supervisory skills. The program covers responsible host practices, security, beverage knowledge and matching, workplace communication, event setup, and compliance with NZ liquor licensing laws. Suitable for those aiming to take on more responsibility, increase their career opportunities and pay, or change careers into hospitality leadership positions.
