Students will be able to perform practical hospitality tasks such as barista, beverage, and table service skills.

What You're Signing Up For
This hospitality program offered by MSL Training provides hands-on learning in a practical environment to prepare students for careers in hospitality. It covers teamwork, communication, food safety, barista skills, customer service, restaurant operations, health and safety, beverage preparation, event and function service, and workplace communication. Courses are tailored for New Zealand citizens and residents with eligibility for zero fees study for eligible students.

What you need to know first
No or Level 1 qualifications for Level 2 course
Age 16 to 24 years for Level 2 course
