Obtain NZQA Level 4 Hospitality Supervisor Certification
Graduates receive the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 4) with a strand in Restaurant Services, demonstrating supervisory and management capabilities.

What You're Signing Up For

Delivered at the Manukau Campus, it covers restaurant supervisory skills, responsible alcohol service, workplace safety, beverage knowledge, and event management. Graduates receive the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 4, Restaurant Services) and the Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ), preparing them for greater responsibilities and regulatory compliance in hospitality venues.
