- Research skills and techniques for sustainable tourism challenges
- Bi-cultural contexts of sustainable tourism planning and development
- Management of tourism development through policy and planning models
- Professional ethics, conduct, and sensitivity to gender, ethnicity and equity issues
- Core courses including Introduction to Tourism, Tourist Behaviour, Sustainable Tourism Systems, Sustainable Tourism Planning and Management
