What You're Signing Up For
The NZ Certificate in Baking (Generalist) (Level 4) at EIT is a full-year, practical programme designed for those wanting a foundation in bakery techniques and real-world bakery experience. Students train in EIT’s bakery environment and are placed in local commercial bakeries and shops for work experience. The course focuses on bakery production, industry skills, teamwork, and communication, giving graduates highly relevant skills for immediate employment or further study within the sector.
