What you need to know first
10 NCEA Level 1 literacy credits and 10 NCEA Level 1 numeracy credits OR New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 3) OR equivalent.
Applicants must be physically able to complete practical components in an industry-emulated environment.
If English is not your first language: IELTS 5.5 Academic (no band below 5.0) or equivalent.
